Oh my!

I don't know which I covet more- that brownie or those swizzles sticks.

Orage blossom water in pistachio ice cream? Genius!

Wow! Now I want an ice cream maker even more...these look gorgeous!

Oh, and I need to move to Tokyo in order to try some of Sadaharu Aoki's stuff! It is definitely on my list of places to visit in Tokyo & Paris. BTW, his web site says he's looking to open a shop in NYC next...

oh, those ice cream sandwiches look so good... darn, now I have to buy this book!

By the way, I noticed in your pictures that you always have several of these beautiful desserts all made up... how do you "dispose" of all your culinary creations?

They all look so good but the berry drink is calling my name!!! So refreshing and bright.

Those look awesome! Sigh, another book to add to my "want" list. Ice cream is just about my favorite thing ever, so I guess I really need this one.

well, I think I must get the new book after seeing these beautiful creations ;)

simply stunning anita. You have left me speechless!

Oh wow, what a beautiful post- Your picutes are amazing! Everything looks so delicious!

this looks like a book I will have to buy. how much time did it take to make these?

Ohhh! I am dying for a taste of the florentine cookies with the ice cream. And that drink...I NEED it! Thank you again for making me dream. The pics are gorgeous!

The soda looks good.
But OMG, those Chocolate-Coated Cocoa Nib Florentines and Orange Ice Cream Sandwiches are from a more heavenly world!!!

Hi Maura,
The sticks are from Crate and Barrel - you can find them online. I really want to try the orange blossom water next time!

Hi Kat,
Oh, if you had said SF it would have made my day. Still, it just gives me another reason to visit NYC again!

Hi Renee,
Thanks, and I hope you get the book! It's great. As for "disposing", my co-workers already know to visit me first thing each morning for goodies!

Hi Peabody,
Thanks! That drink was very nice and light, fun to use whatever berries you can find!

Hi Valerie,
Thanks so much! I think you'll enjoy the book, it has a lot of different and unusual recipes for ice cream desserts!

Hi Keiko,
I am sure you would do all the wonderful recipes in this book great justice:)

Hi Jen,
Thanks so much:) I went into an ice cream frenzy for a while!

Hi Dianka,
Thank you! It's hard to take pictures of ice cream, I'm glad they turned out so well!

Hi Elizabeth,
I think it's a great book! The ice cream takes about two days to make because I chill the mixture overnight and freeze it in the ice cream maker the next day. The rest of the components are fairly easy to make and you could do it in a few hours.

Hi Helen,
Thank you! The florentines were actually surprisingly easy to make. And of course, the berry drink is so simple too - you just need good fruit!

Hi Tanna,
That was definitely a recipe I knew I wanted to make when I saw it. Thanks!

yum!
